Many of you will be aware of the external Ulster Society, and although we share links with it and many characteristics in regard to Ulster-Britishness, our society is indeed a great deal older (older in fact that both the DUA and the Young Unionists at Queens), with its focus on the History and Culture of Ulster.

Our aims are simple, to perpetuate the culture and heritage of Ulster and to welcome others into our small part of these islands. We achiever this though lectures, social events, publications and thought the Ulster Society Annual formal, which has come in recent years to be the most visible outward face of our society.

By hard work and a love of this land we hope to give others a taste of Ulster and everything she has to offer, with particular attention to foreign and mainland students.
