The Queens University of Belfast (QUB) Seidokan Karate Club was founded in 1993 and has established itself as one of the most successful and progressive university clubs in Ireland and the United Kingdom. We are a multi-style Club and train in traditional Japanese and Okinawan martial arts and 'progressive' self defence systems.

Tues. 8-10pm General Training (all welcome)
Wed. 4:30-5:30pm Fundamentals of Karate
Wed. 5:30-6:30pm Women's Self-Defence
Fri. 6-8pm General Training (all welcome)
Sun. 12-2pm Squad Training (Squad only)
Sun. 2-4pm Yudansha Training (senior session by invitation only)
