Delegate Representation

Please write the full names of delegates who will be attending the following committees. You should have at least 2 delegates. In the case of China, France, Russia, UK and USA, you must have at least 4 delegates. Also note the Ad Hoc committee is done on an individual basis and must be applied for separately via email. Further information coming soon.

The QUBMUN committee welcomes the international interest in QUBMUN II. Due to University regulations on International participants in conferences all applicants outside the European Union must provide a copy of their passport, and those outside Eastern Europe, America, Australia and New Zealand may have to provide a deposit on registration fee [depending on circumstances] in order for us to confirm registration. This fee should be sent to the address below.

  • If you would like to represent a country not on the list, we may still be able to accommodate you, so feel free to list it on your application.
  • Countries are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. The conference fee is 15 per delegate. We are accepting new delegates up to the date of the conference, so it's never too late to apply!
  • The deadline for all applications as chairs is on November 30th. The QUBMUN II organising committee decision on chairs is final.
  • A list of accommodation near to the conference can be found here
